The Tavern on the Square is noted for their good old fashioned homemade cooking but did you know The Tavern is also famous for their Fish? The Giant Cod Fish sandwich would rival any other fish sandwich for it's size and taste! It's been nicknamed the Giant WHALE sandwich by customers! We also have fish and chips (with homemade potato chips and malt vinegar), hand battered or baked Cod, Parmesan encrusted white fish, Honey Dijon Salmon, Blackened Salmon as well as hand breaded panko encrusted shrimp dinners! We make homemade macaroni and cheese and a sweet and sour cole slaw that is AMAZING! Come check us out during lent.
